Ayurveda Treatments

Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years in India. It is based on the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and that a balance between these three elements is essential for good health. Ayurveda can be particularly beneficial for people suffering from anxiety and depression, chronic illness, digestive issues, and skin problems, as well as a wide range of other common illnesses. If you are struggling with any health issues, it may be worth exploring the benefits of Ayurveda to see if it can help you achieve better health and wellbeing.

What is Ayurveda

Holistic Healing

Ayurveda is a traditional Indian healing system that dates back over 5000 years. It is widely used across India, where it sits alongside mainstream Western Medicine. Ayurveda is a holistic practice that looks at the mind, body and spirit and creates a tailored program based on your unique constitutional make-up (dosha) to promote health, wellbeing and balance in your life.

Balanced Lifestyle

Ayurveda philosophy believes that people, their health, and the universe are all related. It is believed that health problems can result when these relationships are out of balance. The Ayurvedic lifestyle seeks to cleanse, restore and revitalise the body, mind and spirit through a range of therapies. Therapies include massage, cleansing and detoxification, acupressure points (marma) and herbal remedies, along with diet, yoga, meditation and breathwork.
