Mini Retreats (1.5 Days)

Our mini health retreats are ideal for people who are short on time but need a relaxing, therapeutic and rejuvenating break with an overnight stay. Our mini retreats include accommodation, a comprehensive range of relaxing ayurvedic treatments and feature daily massages, steam and body scrub accompanied by gentle yoga, meditations and a blissful sound bath to restore balance and rejuvenate your mind body and spirit.

Our Custom Health Retreats are ideal for people who want to take some time to recuperate and heal or address health issues such as gut problems, physical or emotional trauma, chronic illness, stress etc. Our experienced Ayurvedic doctors will put together a personalised treatment and lifestyle plan for you based on the number of days you’d like to stay or can recommend the ideal length of stay. If you need a couple of days or an extended stay our team can support you every step of the way.

Making Ayurveda Accessible

To make our Ayurveda retreats accessible, we offer a choice of retreat packages. Any of our standard retreats can be extended upon request and to make treatment more accessible you can attend the retreats as a fully inclusive guest where you stay at the Village and all meals and drinks are provided. Alternatively, you can attend our retreats daily where morning tea, lunch and a light afternoon tea are provided (no accommodation).

Ayurveda Cooking Class

Our Ayurveda Cooking classes are a great introduction to Ayurvedic cooking. You’ll learn about the healing properties of spices, the different types of foods (Sattvic, Tamasic and Rajasic) and how to adapt your diet to suit your constitution (dosha). Our half day Ayurvedic cooking class is hands on experience where you’ll learn the basics of Ayurvedic cooking and get to prepare, cook and sample a variety of delicious foods and flavours.
